Lovely to see you all today, and as I start writing this post I am looking out on my Mum's lovely English garden. I will share a few photos of the garden later but for now I would like to let you join me on the start of my travels.
From home in Dorrigo, NSW, we drove to Coffs Harbour. I then flew to Sydney, and from there to Dubai, with a three hour stopover then on to Birmingham UK, and home by car to Lincolnshire. Probably 36 hours door to door!

| Lunch was Stewed Beef in a Creamy Mushroom Sauce with Fried Potato Wedges and Seasonal Vegetables. Mind you , that was hot on the heels of a delicious Traditional Arabian Morning Mezze for brekkie, and I was full! ----------------------------------------------------- |
