Dry Spring








It's been dry here, but we're hopeful it will improve.  
There's beauty in it anyway.

  2. Some beautiful, big skies. I think some of those cloud formations look a little like swirling liquid (even though it has been so dry where you are)

    1. Hello Wendy. You are right about the swirling sky. It was quite amazing actually. I really couldn't believe the way those swirls unfolded before my eyes. Hopefully we'll get some wet days soon :)

  4. We haven't had rain in Townsville for months. I can't wait for the wet season. My seven month old Chihuahua has never seen rain! Loved your artistic photographs :)

    1. Oh Pinky, I can quite understand that! I was only thinking today that our Willy Wagtail babies have never seen rain, but it's been even longer for your chihuahua. I do so hope that you get rain soon.

  7. Ah Jane spring is the best time of the year. Here I am in Canada.... longing for spring. Lovely photos! But the first one is breathtaking. When you look close -- it is often times more beautiful.

    1. Hello Catherine. Yes it really is summer now and we have had rain which is wonderful! In fact we have been enjoying it so much I haven't had time to get blogging.....but in due course I will.
      And winter will turn to spring for you too x

    1. Hi Zsuzsa, yes I'm afraid it's been such ages since I posted here, and we are close to the end of our summer really. It's still very dry, though we have just had a little bit of rain which is such a relief. Hope spring comes along quickly for you !
