Hello Wendy. You are right about the swirling sky. It was quite amazing actually. I really couldn't believe the way those swirls unfolded before my eyes. Hopefully we'll get some wet days soon :)
We haven't had rain in Townsville for months. I can't wait for the wet season. My seven month old Chihuahua has never seen rain! Loved your artistic photographs :)
Oh Pinky, I can quite understand that! I was only thinking today that our Willy Wagtail babies have never seen rain, but it's been even longer for your chihuahua. I do so hope that you get rain soon.
Ah Jane spring is the best time of the year. Here I am in Canada.... longing for spring. Lovely photos! But the first one is breathtaking. When you look close -- it is often times more beautiful.
Maybe it's summer by now Jane. But it certainly looks like a beautiful time of the year there. I feel I can breathe in those endless skies. Much joy to you dear Jane, as you say the seasons will come around x
Hello Catherine. Yes it really is summer now and we have had rain which is wonderful! In fact we have been enjoying it so much I haven't had time to get blogging.....but in due course I will. And winter will turn to spring for you too x
Hi Carole, sorry I have been so long in replying. I hope you will visit again soon, there are lots of lovely birds that I know you would enjoy to photograph!

Oh yes Willow, I miss it too. Things just seem to have been, like you suggest, very busy. I hope to start visiting lovely blogs like yours, and writing my own posts again very soon though. Thank you so much for thinking of me:))
Jane, how I would love it if it was spring here already! You must be in the hot months by now. These pictures are lovely. The closer we look the more we see.
Hi Zsuzsa, yes I'm afraid it's been such ages since I posted here, and we are close to the end of our summer really. It's still very dry, though we have just had a little bit of rain which is such a relief. Hope spring comes along quickly for you !
Gorgeous photo's Jane ......its a wet dreich day here in the Highlands.
